3D radiosity renderings
Over the years 3D architectural artists have strived
for more realism, which led to better software and more advanced
rendering techniques. Today the best 3D renderings are created using
a technique called radiosity, which creates realistic lighting that
can fool the viewer into thing that the 3D scene is real. This has
given a boost to architectural render quality moreso than any other
3D field. But radiosity rendering requires additional computational
power – significantly more than before. Computers have been
rapidly catching up.
Archiform 3D saw the revolution in radiosity imaging
and became the first mainstream company in this field to introduce
3D radiosity rendered architectural animations - an activity that
requires immense computing power
